Our pastes are as good as fresh ingredients. However, since they undergo a heat-processing method to eliminate bacteria, the taste may slightly differ from freshly ground Spices. The quality and freshness remain uncompromised. Additionally, the product is concentrated, so a smaller quantity may be sufficient.
